　　When the Si content of the alloy is about 11.7%, the range of crystallization temperature becomes narrow according to the phase diagram of Al Si alloy. It is found that the smaller the solidification range of cast aluminum alloy is, the easier it is to form concentrated shrinkage cavity. When the content of Si is less than 10.5%, cracking will not occur.

　　Cracking is only the inherent characteristic of aluminum alloy itself, only the appearance problem of aluminum ingot, and has no effect on the performance of aluminum ingot.
